Delivery & Returns

Delivery is arranged per order based on volume, weight and destination. Returns are handled under our trade returns process.

UK Delivery

Orders are despatched by pallet or parcel depending on volume. Charges are confirmed on your order acknowledgement.

International shipments are quoted individually. Documentation and duties are the responsibility of the buyer unless agreed otherwise.

Damages or shortages should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Returns are accepted for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Goods must be unopened and in original case packaging.
